Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

          On behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan Government I greet you at the 1^st International exhibition of technologies for education and professional training «WORLDDIDAC ASTANA 2012».

       This exhibition is organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan jointly with the International Association «WORLDDIDAC», first held in the CIS. This is a confirmation of the fact that the international public appraises highly the political and economic development of our state. 

       Since independence, Kazakhstan overcome successfully the stage of fundamental economic, political, social reforms and became a respectful member of the world community.

       A continuing priority of public policy of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev is the development of education and science. Funding for education only in 2011 increased by more than a quarter. Ongoing restructuring of the system at all levels of education in view of the very best international practices. Today we take the fourth position among 129 world countries by the Indicator of education development.

       A great role in developing education is played by the widely used,   newest interactive and multimedia technologies. By the present time more than half of educational organizations have interactive classes. Almost all schools have access to the Internet. In 2011 we began developing a principally new kind of training which is rapidly developing in the leading countries of the world, i.e. electronic training «E-learning».

       I wish all the participants, organizers and guests of the exhibition «WORLDDIDAC ASTANA 2012» successful and fruitful work.

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

On behalf of the Astana city Akimat, I am glad to greet the participants, guests and organizers of the first on the CIS and Central Asia territory International exhibition of technologies for education and professional training «WORLDDIDAC ASTANA 2012».

The educational system  is one of the most stable and deeply traditional systems. Nevertheless it is not conservative. Its structure changes, there modernize technical facilities which have widely extended the range of knowledge and skills transfer.

Virtually, without deserving education, in the complete meaning of the word, any nation runs the risk to be left beyond the intellectual boundary of the world progress, and the state will never be prosperous.

Moreover, a in the present day conditions of globalization knowledge becomes the defining d factor of the nation consistency and power. This priority is always emphasized by the head of our state Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev.

Undoubtedly, our will to give the children a true education, to bring them into life as possessing powerful knowledge is to have a base. In our opinion, its structure is built of three components. They are: a powerful material-technical base, the up-to-date instruments and creative teachers.

In this plan «WORLDDIDAC ASTANA 2012» exhibition is to give a new pulse to the development of education in the country, as in the frames of this event there will be possible to get acquainted with the innovations in teaching equipment, the latest developments of interactive and multimedia technologies from 24 countries of the world.

I am sure that this exhibition will contribute greatly in the further development of education modernizing not only in the capital but in the Republic on the whole.

I wish the participants and guests of the exhibition successful and fruitful work!

 We know that education plays a very important in Kazakhstan and it has been developing very fast recently. The Minister of Education has carried out many reforms and programmes aimed to deduce education in Kazakhstan on the world level. Exhibition WORLDDIDAC Astana 2012 will allow to present the achievements of the Republic of Kazakhstan to international producers of all levels of education.

   Education and professional training is the basis of prosperity in every country. Exhibition WORLDDIDAC Astana will attract a lot of decision-makers from all regions of Kazakhstan and foreign countries. One of the exhibition’s goals is to conduce new economic relations in the business sphere between the companies as well as between individuals, possessing a wide experience in the field of education.
